Tax Preparation

Individual Tax Returns

There are several different types of “Individual Tax Returns”. Most people must do both Federal and State Tax Returns (there are some states that don’t require you to file a state return). The form you use is based on your situation, usually allowing you to claim income, get tax credit and tax deductions, amongst other things. Taxes are usually due on April 15th unless you apply for an extension.

Business Tax Returns

We can help you choose your business formation and explain the tax advantages of each. For existing businesses, we'll help submit your tax return for the following formations:

Corporate Taxes 1120
S-Corporation 1120S
Sole Proprietor (Schedule C)
Limited Liability Company Tax Return (LLC)
Limited Liability Partnership Tax Return (LLP) 1065

Tax Records and Copies

A paper and CD copy of your tax return is provided along with your original tax documents at no additional charge. We can also send you a copy of your tax return by email if needed. Additional copies of tax returns and W-2 forms can be provided for a nominal fee. Copies can be emailed, faxed, or mailed to you or a third party, mortgage or loan company, etc. We will send a copy to anyone other than yourself only with written authorization from you authorizing us to release or send those documents.

Tax Amendments

Mistakes happen and we can help you fix them. As a registered IRS office we are able to assist on amending your returns. If you are due a refund from your original return, amend your return to claim an additional refund. There is a 3 year window to file an amended return in order to make any corrections. Don’t forget: paying your taxes is your obligation, but finding a professional to advise you is your decision.

E-File

All qualifying Federal and State income tax returns are filed electronically at no additional charge.

Electronic Funds Transfer

Income tax refunds can be directly deposited to your bank account and you can also pay tax liabilities electronically.

Refund Transfer

Convenient and secure payment option alternative to paying up-front when you don’t have the money to pay for your tax return preparation.

Out-of-State Returns

Do you know how to determine your income tax if you live and or work in more than one State? We can help you calculate what you owe in taxes under these unique situations.

Free Three

We review you 3 previous years of tax returns free of charge. If there is an error on any of the returns we will go over it with you to see if it’s beneficial to amend the tax return or not.
